1) Grow Red Chard
2) Cut Red Chard when 10" tall (my first veggie harvest!)
3) Saute onions, tomato, and fresh herbs with white wine and lemon juice
4) Poach Ling Cod and chard
5) Eat! .... the meal didn't look too pretty because my timing needs some work, but it was delicious!
